Two ways to make it yours

You'll get a digital proof of your canvas by email within about 30 minutes. Nothing goes to print until you approve it. If we don't hear back within 24 hours, we'll assume the proof looks good and move into production.

If the proof isn't right, just click Not Approved in your proof email within 24 hours and we'll refund you in full — no restocking fees, no friction, no awkward conversations.

You're always welcome to come back to airx.art and upload another picture whenever you're ready to try again.

Gallery-grade poly-cotton canvas, archival pigment inks that are acid-free and pH-neutral, and solid kiln-dried pine stretcher bars. Built to look great for decades, not years.

Two options:

• 3/4" Wrapped — a slim, classic profile that sits close to the wall.
• 1 1/2" Wrapped — a deeper, more sculptural look with a pronounced edge.

The configurator auto-suggests 1 1/2" for canvases 30" or larger on the long side — you can always override.

No — canvases arrive ready to hang. Sawtooth hardware comes pre-installed on the back, so you can hang it the moment the box opens.

From 8"×10" all the way up to 72"×39". The configurator preserves your photo's aspect ratio, and we offer the most custom sizes for a precise ratio match to your artwork.

The print can only be as sharp as the source. We recommend uploading the original phone capture or DSLR file — not a screenshot or social-media download — especially for larger canvases. If the image is too small for the size you've picked, the digital proof will reveal it and we'll flag it before printing.

After you approve the digital proof, production takes 1–3 business days, then standard shipping (free within the contiguous US).

Need it sooner? Choose expedited shipping at checkout and we'll get it to you faster. Tracking is emailed once your canvas leaves the workshop.

Once your canvas ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 48–72 hours of approving your proof, reply to your order email and we'll check on it.

We'll replace it free of charge. Just reply to your order email with photos of the package and the damaged canvas — we'll start a replacement in production right away. Damage claims accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Because each canvas is custom-built for your specific photo, we can't accept returns once it's printed. But you have full control before that point:

• Cancel any time before you approve the proof within 24 hours of the order, for a full refund.
• If it arrives damaged, we'll replace it free.

Dust gently with a feather duster or soft dry cloth. For a spot clean, use a slightly damp cloth — no soaps or abrasives. Keep it out of direct harsh sunlight and away from very humid spaces (e.g. bathrooms, directly above a stove) to keep colors vibrant for the long haul.
