AirX.ART Return & Refund Policy

Each AirX.ART piece is handcrafted and made to order with great care and attention to detail. Because your artwork is created specifically for you, we kindly ask that you review all sizing, layout, and product details thoroughly before placing your order.


Before You Order

  • Measure Your Space: Please measure your wall area before selecting a size to ensure the artwork fits your intended location.

  • Display Images Are Illustrative: Images on our site are for visual reference. For multi-panel artworks, the size listed refers to the combined dimensions, not individual panel sizes.

  • Color Accuracy: For the most accurate color representation, we recommend viewing our site on Apple devices. Color may vary slightly across different screens, which is natural and not a valid reason for return.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However, due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • A Return Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (delivery date = Day 1) to 📧 info@airx.art.

  • Please include your order number and reason for return.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is free. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Returned items are permanently discarded due to their custom nature and cannot be resold.

  • Returns submitted after Day 7 will not be accepted.

⚠️ Please note: As each product is handcrafted and made-to-order, returned items cannot be resold and are permanently destroyed upon return. This results in a total loss and significantly impacts small businesses like ours. We kindly ask that you ensure the correct size, panel type, and color preferences before placing your order.


Shipping & Return Shipping Policy

  • All orders ship free within the continental United States.

  • Return shipping is also free—we will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your return request.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and monitor delivery. You can check your order’s status on the carrier’s website using your tracking number.

  • AirX.ART is not liable for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier after the package has left our facility. For delivery concerns or claims, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or Personalized Artworks (names, logos, or special requests).

  • Color Perception differences between on-screen vs. print.

  • Correctly made sizes (no returns for “too big” or “too small” if ordered size is accurate).

  • Multi-item orders (only one item from a multi-item order is eligible for return).

  • “Comparison” orders (ordering multiple sizes/panels to choose from).

  • Accidental or mistaken purchases.

  • Stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at 📧 info@airx.art with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, and in these cases, all return shipping costs are covered by us.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.

  • After this period, production begins and changes cannot be made. Please contact us immediately at 📧 info@airx.art for urgent requests.
